I've been messing with this design the longer than most of my other projects, I've tried it all kinds of ways and I've found keeping it close to the original makes it look better and captures the Swiss aesthetic better than my attempts at mixing media with a physical paper bag.
Have you considered using a faint texture of a bag in that brown area? Since it is mentioned in the text, would it not make sense to add it as a subtle element?
