On the left is my original and on the right is my updated version. This was definitely a massive overhaul visually.
I've been messing around with this card idea since it's original conception my sophomore year.
I wish I could hang this up in Lowell instead
This is much more interesting, in terms of aesthetics! I wonder if the card could/should be angled in such a way as to indicate being thrown down on the table... as if "in play"? Since "The Double" does not compositionally align with the card... maybe that would also make sense in the composition... an angled element that "breaks" the grid. Just a thought.
